Style/Appearence: Ben is very clean-cut in his clothing, but is always unshaven, having the "rolled out of bed" look, with his untidy hair and five o'clock shadow. His tall frame is muscular, and toned. His hazel eyes are filled with emotion, and, although he's not always the first to speak, he is always the first to react through his eyes.
Character History: Ben was born and raised in a small town in California, United States. His family was poor; his mother was a housewife, and his father was a hunter. He learned to fire a weapon at a young age, and became even better at it then his old man. His mother gave him the pet name "Prince" because he was the prize hunter of the town, and supported his family well. He was educated by a tutor who taught the children in the town; Ben never made any friends. He had always been closed against the world, probably because he'd never had much social contact with people, but he'd become bitter in his high school years. He ran away from home when he was sixteen. He took with him his only possessions: an army surplus bag, clothing, one book on hand-to-hand combat, ammunition, and his father's best rifle. He met a girl who owned an apartment. He lied about his age, saying he was nineteen (she was eighteen), and he stayed with her, using her apartment and resources for the remainder of high school. She always questioned where he went all day (he'd leave at eight o'clock, and be back at nine or so). He never said anything to her, but she fell for his mysterious nature. He slept with her to shut her up, or gave her drugs before crawling into bed. Once he graduated high school, he took his diploma and bolted, taking with him his original bag and its contents, as well as his "girlfriend's" stash of money, $1,500 that she's saved. He wandered, taking martial arts courses, as well as fencing, and other things that captured his short attention span. He was then invited to the boot camp, where he passed with flying colours. His first two years at Arcane was somewhat lonely, as he never made friends. He did, however, have a lot of relationships that didn't last. He's now in his last year at Arcane.
Personality: Ben is very quiet. He always looks like he's scheming or plotting, which makes him brooding and mysterious. When he's not silent, he's making moves on a hot chick that he was eyeing. His attention span, as previously noted, is very short, which means he gets extraordinarily bored if his routine isn't changed constantly. This is also why he cannot keep relationships. He gets bored with a girl, and is slightly commitment-phobic; he finds that girls he dates for a while become too clingy and dependent. He is very spontaneous, and is far too unpredictable, which is usually why he cannot keep friends.
Strengths/Weaknesses: His strengths are in hand-to-hand combat, and large firearm use. His weaknesses are in knives/swords, and verbal fights.
