Name: This would be the name of your wolf. Make it something original, and try to avoid human names like Jack or Bob.

Nickname: This would be what your character likes to be referred by. This is optional.

Age: Self-explanatory.

Power(s): What power(s) does your character have? Or do they have any at all?

Bloodline: What is your character's species? Are they gray wolf? Or maybe Arctic?

Sire: Who's your character's father?

Dam: Who's your character's mother?

Siblings: Does your character have siblings? If so, who are they?


Description: (At least two paragraphs)What does your character look like? Try to refrain from using solid colors like pure white, jet black, or all grey. There are a lot of wolves with black fur, try making them look different. Since this is a fantasy roleplay, does your character have wings? Maybe they have horns? Perhaps they're gigantic? Or maybe they're small? Maybe your character's a deep purple with just a touch of white? Make them different, make them stand out in the crowd. Also, what color eyes do they have? Do they have maroon? Or maybe neon green?

Persona: (At least one good paragraph) What is your character like? Are they evil and dark with just a touch of good to keep them from killing others? Or are they a beautiful female with a bad habit of losing control on her 'other side' and snapping to become a creature of mass destruction? Mix up your character! Don't make them just dark and evil, nor a goody-two-shoes.

History: (Optional if your character doesn't speak about their past) This speaks for itself, what has your character gone through? Though don't put down that your character's family was all killed and that they're the only one, and no one likes them because they're evil, blah, blah, blah.
