Title: OBJECTION!!!
Description: Dalaw you're lying damnit!

Gale_the_wizard - August 13, 2006 03:48 AM (GMT)
QUOTE (Dalawman)

A valued member of the board has many posts and is a global mod.
He gives his friend who just created an account 1337 posts.
The friend who doesn't like this board very much buys global mod. Since he is new, nobody suspects a thing.
Mass unfair moderations, so much that all the work is unrecoverable.
Many topics and data loss, board suffers alot.

All the posts are recovered via a support ticket! I know because I've had a board!
THE WITNESS IS LYING!!!

dalawman - August 13, 2006 03:54 AM (GMT)
o_0 What? What does that post have to do with anything?

Gale_the_wizard - August 13, 2006 03:57 AM (GMT)
That was your main objection to not open the Post giving topic!
And that was the worst case scenario, do you have any other objection? I categorically petition for the topic to be reopened!

Gale_the_wizard - August 13, 2006 03:58 AM (GMT)
TAKE THAT!!!!
Evidence you're lying!

dalawman - August 13, 2006 04:04 AM (GMT)
>_> Ask Lego.

And why is this in Marketplace?

Drifting Swordsman - August 13, 2006 04:06 AM (GMT)
Remember when I deleted the Chaos Portal by accident? I used a support ticket, and it was restored...

Months later. So, no.

Gale_the_wizard - August 13, 2006 04:14 AM (GMT)
Did you even read the link?, Mr. Swordsman?

The tickets were increasing on demand, so the IFree staff would be more dedicated to that. What have you got to say?

Gale_the_wizard - August 13, 2006 04:25 AM (GMT)
So why don't you prove me wrong Mr. Legoman, ask for a support ticket for a topic, a big one, maybe The Neverending Story of Doom 2?

AND WE WILL END THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL!

And I think those support tickets can restore EVERY SINGLE POST. That happened on TNZ.

Drifting Swordsman - August 13, 2006 04:26 AM (GMT)
Easy. I don't want to wait months for half the board to be restored.

Gale_the_wizard - August 13, 2006 04:31 AM (GMT)
A quick excuse for someone grasping Mr. Legoman, HERE IN FRONT OF ALL THESE MEMBERS DO THE FREAKING SUPPORT TICKET or can't you handle the pressure?

Drifting Swordsman - August 13, 2006 07:23 AM (GMT)
This isn't Phoenix Wright. Gale, shut up. You aren't getting your damn post donation shop.

(If anyone's wondering why I'm being frank like this, it's 3:30 AM here. Deal with it.)

Gale_the_wizard - August 13, 2006 01:11 PM (GMT)
You wanna be frank? Okay let's be frank, I don't matter if you're the golden god underpants or whatever, but could you be stop being an asshole and give it a try you ****ing obstinate, I know this isn't ****ing Phoenix Wright, I, instead of you, know to difference the internet from the real life, so shut your mouth and **** off!

There'd be limits. You can't give posts to some new person. Besides, you said yourself that you have to earn the right for mod. To go from a member to mod, you'd have to buy mod TWICE, IIRC. Even if you had the posts, not everyone can be made mod (pokes Dest).

;>_>

Teh uber hobo - August 13, 2006 03:34 PM (GMT)
Heh... you suck Lego, you're grasping and you're an idiot...

dalawman - August 13, 2006 04:31 PM (GMT)
We still don't want a post sharing topic. That doesn't even make sense! You can't "give" away posts, unless you somehow change the name of who posted them. I know you can give away posts via the admin CP, but its not the same.

Besides, posts are so easy to get! Its not like you have to complete tasks or write essays! You just click "Add Reply", type a few sentances, and hit "Add Reply" again. If someone can't do that, they honestly need help.

Atomic Inferno - August 13, 2006 04:32 PM (GMT)
I don't even see a point to this topic...

Okay, so what if posts can be recovered with a support ticket, doesn't mean you got to break out the flamethrowers.

Yeah, that is true, Gale. Lego, maybe you should just send a support ticket, and see how long it takes to get NES v2 back. But, it might take longer to recover all the posts of TGB.
