Basically, every once in a while, I run a Clan Competition, where the clans compete against each other. Right now, the Defenders and Managers are on an island, and the Defenders have pretty much killed all of the Managers, but not found the nuke that they need to disarm.
Basically, you join a clan, then aid your clan in a competition for prizes.

The Defenders will make it a priority to kill you in clan quests if you don't join them.

Half an arguement? You were the one half-assing it, only arguing about how Superman's writing team would revive him and recounting pre-crisis fights. You lost because you only counted pre-crisis things. It's possible that Superman's magic weakness came into play later in the series. In any case, yes, Super Sonic would pwn Superman. Forever.
And on a side note, you phail, AO. You should've joined Defenders. Now you're gonna lose at every clan competition.
