Also, you appear to have divided by zero.
That weapon is called the Null Driver. You unlock it by collecting and beating everything in the game, then by going to sector Z (I forget its name actually). There will be a new portal open to you there. It leads to a bunch of death barriers, which deal 1 HP damage upon touch. Which is instant death. Use a nanofield reboot to get through each one, then collect the Null Driver from the pedestal at the end. You can use it as much as you want until you turn off the game (you can equip it on any file, or single-sector play), but the "hallucinations" also last until you turn off the game, even persisting after you quit and reload.
To get to Sector Y, you have to finish off Tor by using the Null Driver. He'll say something about how the hallucinations will drive you mad, and you'll be sent to Sector Y. In Sector Y, there will be a bunch of empty logbooks, and a couple with content. One is a behind-the-scenes look at things, while another is information on how to activate Clown Mode. Clown Mode is a small touch, but hilarious. It replaces all footstep sounds with clown honks. Sector Y has no exit, so you have to quit to leave.
FYI, the Null Driver can hit Tor even when he's in the beckground, "invincible".
Also, one of the glitches the Null Driver can cause, is to set your skill points to 99. These skill points still work, if you find a cyborg station that still exists after you fire it enough times to get the points, you can max all of your stats.
