Thing is, I made an account on this IP a LONG time ago. I no longer remember the information. Therefore, if I make another account, will I not get banned for having multiple accounts?

Not really, having multiple accounts is not a crime.

It is frowned upon in MapleStory, and I thought it was on GameFAQs.

And in MapleStory, they ban any account caught being sold or purchased, or shared. Although, I doubt they'll catch anything I do. I only use the accounts of people I know, or really inactive people without friends. >_>

Buying and Selling accounts is also banned in pretty much every commercial MMORPG. In MapleStory, if you buy an item from someone with real money instead of game money, or if you exchange NX Cash for an item, the items traded will be deleted. That's all. >_>
