How does painting factor?

I've got my Tyranids ready and painted from the RTT, but I really want to use my SM this time around.

Unless the parameters of the league have changed, painting isn't counted. It's pretty much VP based on WLD and scenario objectives....kinda like an RTT.

Senobio - some of my co workers were wondering what time are you guys going to start? Some of them don't get out of work till about 6pm.

Yeah, same here, possibly later for me. Is Wednesday the only day we can play league games?

Whenever leagues take place on a weeknight, they usually dont start until around 5:30 or so. Its not like if you are not there by 5:30 you wont get a game in. When ever people show up, hook up with an opponent and play.

Ive heard that this will run like the warmachine league in that you will be able to partisipate all week long.

If what you said is what i'm thinking then I can't wait.

Not that I plan on playing in the league, I hate leagues structured like this as it rewards those players that can come in EVERYDAY! Victory by volume, not by victory points.

Id like it like that because of the amount game we can play I'll join to just to play, like last year.

So what time should we come in tomorrow.

Dawn of War deployment and 2 objectives.

Dark Angels
2x 10 Dark Angels (las.plas.pf)
1x 5 Terminators (3xTH/SS, 2xLC)
1x 3 Ravenwing (2x melta. 1x pw) and 1x AB (mm)

Took on:
1 Mek Boss with kustom force field
2x 3 Killa Kans
2x 1 Dreadnaughts
2x 20 Boys with shootas, big shootas, and pk
9x Lootas

The Dark Angels hugged terrain and sat on their objective while the Green Tide thundered down on them. On Turn 4 the Ravenwing turbo boosted out for a Turn 5-6 objective contest. On the bottom of 6, the Ravenwing charged the Orks on the objective; this in turn pulled the orks away from the point, and 2 saves later the pile-in move pulled them out of the 3 inches needed to own.

Orks lost 4 boys and 1 killa kan. Dark Angels lost 15 marines, 1 attack bike, 1 ravenwing, and 2 terminataors.

Lt. S: Does that count as Victory by points?

there is a max player you can play in 1 week -which happens to be 6.

(and thats because thats how many lines we put in) The max games you can play in the entire league is 36 games-thats 6 a week for 6 weeks.

it does seem we had a lot of intrest in the game-9 people today so far.


and if everyone noticed-we did not say no to av 14 or +2 saves, so yes you can bring landraiders and termies.


the basis for the league is to have fun-and meet other 40k players. we had 4 new faces-lets see some more.

So is anyone looking for a game I need one for Tuesday/Wednesday.
