I have guides which come to me during inner journey/pathworkings. Two of them are primary, a black wolf and a deer and sometimes owl is present, usually in the background. I have a sweet bottle green spider who also comes to me when I am experiencing blockages in creativity, she reconnects me (strangely I seem to attract the little spiders in the outer world too... Used to be so scared of spiders but not anymore).

I have also met messengers and watchers in external world, crow most frequently and sometimes woodpecker, mouse, frog and bee. Some have messages others seem to appear at just the right time, seemingly watching over me or warning me.

I treasure them all.
