What method do you use, ie. Drumming, Singing , Dancing, all of the above? Do you use a partner to drum for you, or do you use a tape or cd? This is a general forum. If you don't wish to disscuss your journeys that's ok, but it would be nice to share with others if we can. These are just some of the questions I have come up with to use as a guide for this forum. ~Wolfdancer~ -------------------- "For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf,

Drumming cd. Micheal Harner's or Hank Wesselman's drumming cds are pretty darn good.
Still at times I find it hard to use only the cds alone. Headphones help some. Sometimes drumming or rattling along with the tape helps also. Setting intent before a journey is really important as well. Without that and focus, its a herky-jerky kind of ride were gaining wisdom is pretty hard. |
