Yes, and no.

The main focus of the forum, which is the system itself, is still going on, but because of disruptions in RL, it's progress is quite slow.

Likewise, the secondary focus of being somewhere to play online is also moving quite slow - I believe only Lord Zack is currently running a game, updating when he can.

Many of the more prolific posters seem to have either moved on, or otherwise been unable to post with their usual regularity and enphusiasm.

As for the rest of the forums - they are here for whenever people want them. However, given the switch of D&D to 4th Edition, and the current slump in the Legend of Zelda franchise itself, this slow period is only to be expected.

Ultimately, if you want to make this forum livelier, why not post something yourself to spur some involvement back into the Legend of Zelda Roleplaying Game community?

Okay, I just had the first game of my campaign today, and all of my players told me they enjoyed it and can't wait until next week. I could start a journal or something for my campaign.

I have been interested in running a ZD20 game for a long time now, and I am glad I stumbled upon this forum. You'll see me around here, for sure.

A question tho, is there a complete version of the book somewhere, with the spells and items necessary, or do we have to refer to the forums?

The forums have the most recent version of the rules. There's a pdf with a version that's been outdated for a while and several other pdfs with slightly less outdated versions of the rules for specific subsystems of the game.
