Welcome to the DBCA and I'm going to make a guess that your quote is from Julias Caesar, but please don't ask me what Act and Scene.

Main reason I remember it? I watch a lot of TV and The Cosby Show had a Shakespeare episode (two different ones actually. The other was about Macbeth which is my favorite Shakespeare play) and Theo and Cockroach had to do a presentation about Julias Caesar and they wound up doing a rap to it, lol.

Yeah, I'm pathetic.

He fell in love with Ivanova but she didn't like him. Regardless, he decided to devote himself to her and protect her and do whatever it took to win her heart. Almost like Lennier, but Lennier knew he would never win Delenn's heart as she was fated for another, so he stood by her side regardless, and protected her, and did whatever it took to ensure she succeeded in things, sometimes nearly at the peril of his own life.
