Pass on the details. Who has taken the responsibility of coordinating and readying the required material and going to that office for registering?

guys and gals.. Muhi has done a lot of work on this... he has also sent a rough draft of the by - laws.. couple of guys.. maybe VK.. can work on this.. once this is ready.. we have to go to that office and register.. Guna is supposed to run this.. he has all the details and the rough draft..
