Carrie's obviously not a lesbian or bi because she's the archetypical straight-person reaction here. It's right on the nose, and it happens quite often. Closed-minded straight people often keep assuming that their newly-outed gay friends will hit on them, and I've seen them get kinda pissy when the gay friend in question has to then explain, "man, I'm not even remotely attracted to you, let it go."

That said, Bliphgar, I think you've got some of your words twisted around a bit. It might not be realistic to have 3 bi girls in a comic with a limited cast, but in a highschool? Pfft! Out of my highschool group of friends, 2 girls turned out to be bi, 2 turned out as lesbians, and 2 could be classed as "heteroflexible." And this was just our own circle.

Roxy has been established as Ben's 'summer fling'....if she came back, and hooked up with Ben, I don't think it would add anything to the comic... or if she came back and hooked up with someone else, it'd still be like "wtf, you were a summer fling, go back to summer land bitch!" ...umm... or something like that... I just can't imagine any way for Roxy to come back and stay, and have it work right... unless Ben saw her again on vacation but it'd still be a "WTF?" moment...

I don't see that, she is far too much of an established character for that, i originally thought something was wrong with her being there. Ben didn't need a summer fling, it didn't really establish him much as a character, and Erik doesn't make much filler. It was seemed to me it was much more about establishing her, seeing who she is, why she reacts in the way she does, how she thinks ect. ect. With jessie out of the picture, there is no major love interest for ben, which is very important for him(as a goofy, no way i can get a lady kind of a guy) to have. Of course, erik is a very tricky writer, and from what i can tell he write for himself, no one else, and he likes hot girls, roxy is hot, therefore i expect her to come back. Or not.
