Good strip, but that looks nothing like Ben. I assume its supposed to be Ben, correct?

Yeah, it's Ben. Brown hair, skinny kid, whaddaya want? His skin looks sort of weirdly colored on my desktop, it looked ok on my laptop.

That and I drew it on my laptop, which is one of those tablet ones where you can draw on the screen, which is really cool, except that it still takes some getting used to. I love coloring my drawings on my laptop, but the sketching is frustrating.

I agree that the Ben is a little bit off, but that aside, it's awesome. Now I'm bubbling with ideas about new strips. Now if only I knew how to draw...

The other day I decided to check and see if there were any loserz updates since last January. Not only were there not any, but the loserzcomic.com site was replaced by a girl that seemed to be saying "sorry, asshole, but this site is MINE now!" I think if she had glasses, she'd be a shoo-in for Carrie. Anyway, I have a web site that they keep increasing the bandwidth for, to ridiculous levels that I'd never be able to use, so I thought I'd volunteer to host it, if that was needed. So I looked for Erik and found his deviantart page, but it looks like he's got his own site. It's still really unfinished, and it doesn't have any of his commentary like the old site, but at least the comic does have a home. I'm considering volunteering to help update the site, although I'm not sure if I'd have the time. But that got me thinking about loserz again, so I decided to draw a strip that I had an idea for. :)

Hey, I'm clearly no pro either. Heck, I just copied and pasted the first panel and changed the facial expressions. And I'm embarrassed to say how long even that took me. And even if you really suck, my tied-for-favorite strip, xkcd.com, is done with stick figures, so that's gotta say something.

I love xkcd also. The humor is smart and witty while incredibly nerdy. And sometimes they throw in some heartfelt pieces for the romantics out there.

I think this is a great idea though. Everyone should make their own Loserz strip, (no matter how badly drawn mine will be) and post them. I'll start as soon as I can, but I have a lot of stuff going on right now.

hmm... there should be more guest strips post-haste.
