Hi Catherine,
Different breeders called them with different names and those are the red spotted fish, and originally they came from Wayne Ng from Guangzhou, China.
They are red spotted snakeskins(14 bars).

That's a nice looking young discus, look after it with plenty of food and water changes and it should grow to a very good size, just like the attached photo.

Just do the best you can with proper food and water changes, fatten it up and you will have no regrets.
