Have you found it more convenient to use conductivity meters calibrated in ppm (mg/L) or conductivity measured as TDS (mS/cm)?
(TDS measurements in Hanna meters are performed using the 4-4-2 conversion factor of 0.7 so you do not need to convert the readings)

The best bet is to get a conductivity meter, the majority of calibration solution are in either microSiemens or milliSiemens per/cm.
It will save you a lot of problem in the conversion factor from ppm or vice-versa.

Hey thats a lot of siemens
or get a meter that does both.
