Hi can anybody share a great recipe which includes beef heart :rolleyes:

my mix

typically...it varies from pack o pack as I vary the final contents:-

3lb cleaned & diced BH
1lb oily fish...salmon,herring anything high in omega oils
1lb prawns
2tbls Lecithin granules
2-3tsp spirulina
5 cloves garlic

3x through a medium mincer...dont use a blender

add as available/required/desired....experimint...live a little :P

multivit & mineral powder
flake/pellet food ends...often stuff I have tried or had as samples...uses it up & gets more into the food
paprika

Roll into thin sheets in plastic freezer bags (6mm/1/4" max thick) break off as required.

OK I usually do several tiles this as I find it no more work to do 10kg & less cleaning up afterwards.

My butcher cleans & minces the heart for me at £1/lb...so worth asking
