Hi guys,
I need some advice actually i need help. I cleaned out my filter and impeller etc. Now when im priming the filter it aint able to pull the water from the intake pipe. Its making a racket when i plug it in. I have filled the filter with water from the aquarium but i dont understand what i could have done wrong. i have never had a problem with it. Its about 6-7 months old. i have had a read around in its book but cant seem to be able to get it going. Oh its an eheim pro two 2128 external filter. Any ideas anyone? :(

Hi, don't take this personally but have you checked that the intake and outlet pipes are in the correct place? I have done this very thing TWICE. it makes a terrible 'rattling' noice.
