Please can you help?

We currently have a poorly discus in the tank. It isnt showing much interest in feeding, will occasionally take flake but nothing else, lets all other food float straight past its face.
It is sitting at the top corner of the tank, fins clamped, very jumpy when other fish come near, hiding on occasion when food introduced into tank.
External filtration via tetratec 1200, air stone, heated to 29 deg. 400 litre tank.
6 other discus and 2 bristlenose catfish in the tank, all well.

Water parameters are all within normal limits. Frequent water changes using tap safe, and water held in containers for a day or two before using.

No signs of white poo or any external wounds/parasites. Tank has been treated using G's magic powder.

Fish has been like this for a few weeks now, and no signs of improvement. Colour is starting to darken.

Hubby is worried about his fish, can anyone help? Please.

Tried to add a pic but struggling...
