"Yes, the mountain smells completely like wolves. I was up there this morning scouting out the best place in this forest. I was thinking about just making campe here. This area of the woods is just like a little penensuila (Gaw, how do you spell that?) sticking out of the main body. From what I figured up on the mountain that this sticking out area is about one hundred miles long from the mouth to the back, and fifty miles long from both sides of the mouth. I was actually just asking for your imput where to but the dens in this area. I sorta already picked this place out as the teritory, I just need to mark stuff. With your help, of course." To some average creature, all what he had just said would sound like goblety gook. But it was actually a very good description of the little "Peninsula (grrr)" that was sticking out of the larger patch of forest land.

Satine blinked, her brown eyes looking skeptically at him. If she had actually wanted to make a clan, she would have chosen a larger area. Neh, she was just kind of greedy. Not really greedy. Just a little. "Uh." Her help? No one had ever needed, or wanted her her help. Actually, because she hadn't done that much work, she wasn't all that sure of what she was good at or not.
Just think of it this way: A pampered vixen, getting whatever she wanted, rarely lifting a paw.
So that was her life summary, save the begining. "So you want me to do?"

"You're a vixen. You should know where the comfiest and best place to make dens is. Just help me find one of those areas particularely in the back of this place. Come on, I"ll show you where I"ve already picked a place." He started walking off, going west, to the back of the area he had picked. After getting a few paces, he stoped and turned around, waiting for her.

Satine glared, brown eyes narrowed dangerously. That remark did not go well with her. For a moment, she stood there, considering her options. His back was turned, his guard let down... The young vixen shook her head. It was true, instincts would easily direct her to a preferable area to create a den. Without saying a word (which was highly odd) she followed.

He turned back around and began a swift trot, heading east along the srea that he had deemed "Clanable." He trotted for some time, before they got to a cozy little area of barren ground, filled with holes and caves and boulders and soft lichens and mosses. "I think this place is good. If need be, for more warmth, we can just go over that hill *At this he pointed to the south, where a small hill rose five paces out from where the current den area had been chosen* and collect pine needles. You can always tell me if I'm wrong, but isn't this a good place? I mean, theres a stream to the north alittle ways, a huuuuuge rabbit warren is you go alittle more east, and its all on relative high ground, so no water will flood us out, and we can see predators coming and flee if we have to. Don't you agree this is prety good?" (If you can imagine up something better, feel free to throw Kit's words write back at him and drag him to where your "Instincts" tell you is best. ^^

Who would believe catching fish was so incredibly impossible? They were just so slippery! Dark black, matted paws dipped into the stream, trying to pin down a morsel. The rocks beneath her svelte form slipped, and the red fox toppled into the water with a soft splash. "Bother," she murmured, coughing and trying to stand up. She was weak, either from exhaustion or hunger. The vixen hadn't eaten in close to a weak, rather poor huntress that she was.

She shivered, shaking excess water out of her thick coat and tensing her muscles before springing four feet up the bank and settling on the grass. A fish lay beside her, and although somewhere in the back of her subconscious she knew that it had been knocked out of the water when she fell, as she sank her teeth into it the credit was given to her 'amazing fishing abilities.'

Sounds echoed from behind her, and, curious, she picked the small fish up between her teeth and trotted silently over towards the noise. Needless to say, she was shocked when two foxes came into view. One vixen, a real beauty, and a male with a fire that burned in his eyes. Perhaps she had been simply delirious, but Niroren could have sworn there hadn't been any others here a few days ago. If they're here, they've probably claimed the territory, and they probably think I'm trespassing! Well, I am, but I didn't do it on purpose! And it's such a nice place, too... I wonder if I could take them both on in a fight... No, probably not at the same time... Her thoughts were on a roll, and chances were, they wouldn't stop anytime soon.

Kit looked around, veugly feeling eyes on him, then went back to what he was doing, poking around the nature made dens and crevaces. Seemed like a good place to him. But, mother always told him Vixen's knew best when making a den, and thats why Vixen's are a important player in clan politics, because if clans didn't have vixens, they wouldn't have dens. Well, thats just what his mother said. And he's prety much learned that half the words out of her mouth are gibberish and non-sense. But still, on a few things she listened. Like now for instance. He twisted his head back around to look at Satine, waiting for her imput.
