i just bought the sims 3, at hastings. it intalling now!! ekkk im excited!!!

How did you buy it? Stores aren't supposed to have it in the US until June 2nd and everywhere else, the release is June 5th.

i went to hasting looking for a book, and went to look at music. then i guess i saw it. haha
i thought it was just one of the pre-orders. then i saw the real pre-orders. so i asked the front guy and he said yeah, i can take it home. so i bought it! im not sure why they had them up.

It doesn't come out where I live for another 8 days :(

the game is amazing. Its kinda hard to digure out at first but after that. its fun.
Its much harder to like raise a family then in the sims 2 thought! :(

Yep! People are picking up their games early at retailers.

The only problem is that the patches and associated content do not appear to be ready yet for release at the EA website.

I'll have mine in less than 2 hours. Hopefully my computer can play it now. I replaced my power supply, case, video card cooling and I changed to better thermal compound. So now all I have to do is wait for my mom to get home with my copy of the game and my guide.
