True Story:

An Independant Investigator for the Missing & Unsolved ColdCases and
also working a so-called real Job..Owned 2 homes,including 2 rentals on
the property..The Investigator ran his business from this property in his home..

Fact:You have a tax-paying property owner who works hard to own this property..They are never in trouble with the law..Fact is this Investigator works with many different law enforcement agencies and other groups to help solve crimes across the country..

Fact:It was known that this Investigator made his business calls on an open porch in his drive way on saturdays & sundays while drinking his coffee & smoking his cigs because he didnt smoke in his home..

Fact:Next-door to the Investigators property was another rental property owned by someone else..In the fall of 2007 a young couple moved in..This young couple was always in trouble with the law-it was known by the public and store owners..

They were on probation,court ordered to attend the Mental Health Services Prevention program 3 days a week from 8:30am to 3pm..This couple was in
out of jail all the time and the police were always knocking on the couples door...

Fact:The female of the young couple has a father who is also on probation and court ordered to attend Mental Health Services..Its also public info that the father was accused of molesting several female children..

He was classified as a Situational Offender..

The trouble was the State didnt prosecute because the crimes had taken
place years before..Stating they had no hard evidence to show a jury to
get a conviction..It is also known that just a few months ago a 26 year
old female come forword claiming this man molested her when she was
6 years old..

Now take into account:

Fact:Independant Investigator has had some of form of contact with the
young couple and her father since 2002,that stems from a case leading him
to St.Lawerence Mental Hospital in New York..The young female of the couple
who was "A Ward of the State" at the time was questioned by this Investigator
at that hospital in 2002 regarding another case..

The young female later told her father about being questioned..The father in return contacted the Investigator and told the Investigator he wouldnt be talking to his daughter again..The harassment by the father got so bad that in the summer of 2002 the Investigator went to his Probation Officer..The harassment stopped..

But through the years the Investigator still had some form of contact with the young couple and the father through the Family & Support & Criminal Courts..Their paths also crossed in public..

Fact:In late spring of 2008 the father started visiting his daughter next-door to the Investigator..The father was always walking up & down the sidewalk in front of the Investigators house..Always looking towords the house as he walked by as if looking into the Investigators kitchen & living room picture windows..

When that gained him no reaction from the Investigator the father went on:

Fact:On saturday & sunday mornings while the Investigator was making his business calls outside in his driveway..The father would come out of his daughters house pull a lawn chair up and sat facing the direction of the Investigator..

Then the father would start yelling across the lawn degrading names &
references & was making threats at the Investigator...To the point it
interruped the Investigators business calls...So loud the people the
Investigator was talking to on the phone could hear the father clearly..

Later on the Investigator lined his 3 cars up & down the driveway to
block his view so the father wouldnt know when the Investigator was
on the phone..Then the father would walk over to the Investigators
driveway standing on the sidewalk so he could see the Investigator
and start yelling..

Lets take into account that the father didnt live with his daughter he lived 8 miles away..

Thats when the Investigator informed the father that if he didnt stop his harassment the law would be called..The law was called and after the Investigator filed his complaint with police..The police went over to the father and told him to cease his actions..That him and his daughter was no longer to have any contact with the Investigator..

Fact:As soon as the police left from talking to the father he called the Investigator making more threats..The father would later text a pic of him to the Investigators cell phone and threatening text messages from his daughter..The Investigator answered in kind by calling the police filing a report over the phone..

Fact:The harassment went on to where the daughter & father dragged their lawn chairs onto the Investigators property..Calling the police stating the Investigator had their lawn chairs..In return the police called the Investigator telling him to give them chairs back..The Investigator had no knowledge of the chairs until he went outside and saw them in his yard...

Fact:The police knowing what was going on told the Investigator he had to put up N0-Trespassing signs which the Investigator did..The young couple and the father put signs up also..The young couples landlord put the house up for sale and the for-sale & trespassing signs ended up in the Investigators yard and they called the police..

Fact:The Investigator was in his office at home with the door shut on his computer when he took a break walked into the kitchen poured a cup of coffee..When as he was pouring his coffee someone was outside yelling at him to come out..The Investigator went out his door and standing at the end of his driveway was the father yelling making threats & degrading comments..The Investigator chased the father off his property..

But to note:The only way the father could have seen the Investigator coming out of his office into the kitchen he had to be in the driveway looking into the picture window..

The Investigator called police and filed a report..Once again police talked to the father & daughter...

Fact:The father didnt contain his comments or harassment just toword the Investigator but to others also who lived on the same street..He would yell at kids riding their bikes on the sidewalk or street..

On 2 seperate occassions as a 17 year old female walking past his daughters house to work..He would walk behind her making rude comments and was going through the actions that he was masturbating as he was making his comments at her...Their was a witness to one of those occassions..

Fact:On the 3rd occassion when he started walking behind the 17 year old female,she went after him and followed him onto his daughters property..Yes you guessed it they called the police and filed a complaint on the 17 year old for Trespassing after all they had signs up..When the police went and talked to 17 year old female,she tried to file a complaint and why..The police wouldnt take her report...

Fact:The Investigator paid a visit to the young couples and her fathers probation officers to let them know what was going on..Showed the probation officers the pics and threatening text messages..

Now take this all into account:

All the complaints filed against the daughter and her father the courts decided Not to entertain the charges made against them..Even when it states in the New York Law books their actions are considered Harassment 2..

Fact:On July 1st 2008 the Investigator got off work at 4pm from his real job and had a meeting with a client that lasted until 6:30pm making him arrive home at 7:15pm..When the Investigator pulled in his driveway there were 2 other people who lived on the street to meet him..

They told the Investigator at about 4pm..That another person who lived on the street walked up to the father sitting on a pic-nic table in his daughters yard and told him to stop his behavior or someone was going to put a bullet between his eyes..The Investigator wasnt told who made this threat only that the threat was made..The father called police and filed a report..

Fact:You guessed it!!! The father claimed the Investigator was the one who made the threat against him and his daughter was a witness..You guessed it:The Investigator was questioned by police twice about the threat..

A witness came forword and said the investigator didnt make the threat..That when it happened the Investigator wasnt even home..

FACT:You guessed it----The court decided to entertain the charge and the Investigator has to appear in court on 2-5-2009 to answer to the charge..

Mind you:The young couple and the father has never held a job..They draw SSI a government check & get help from social services..They dont work, they dont own property,they are not tax payers,they are career criminals, they are on probation,they are court ordered to attend Mental Heath Services, & they are always in & out of jail..

Fact:Its public record that when the father last appear in Support court..He told the judge he shouldnt be made to pay child-support because he had mental issues..He couldnt be mentally responsible to pay support..The support court judge saw it a different way and it was ordered that 71 dollars a month would be taken out of his SSI check a month to pay back child-support..

Only in a America:The Guilty dont have to answer for their actions and hard working decent people has to defend themselves in court for something they didnt do..When its public record and by their own mouths the people making the complaints are mentally un-stable..

The Law In Reverse:When the law protects the Guilty from being charged with Harassment 2 because they have mental issues,on probation,& career criminals because of their mental issues and their behavior...
