i have been searching trying to locate missing people that had been either murdered or accidently killed in an accident but had know id on them at the time therefore leaving the family to wonder what happened and the particular state to wonder who they are so i try to match up discriptions to returnthem home and end the mystry. i have come accross some young people that look so much like missing teen posters i can't help but question it. sometimes i go back 2-3 times and have to convince myself i'm wrong it can't be because the person was reported missing AFTER the body was found. does anybody have a theory ? here is one , [tell me if i am nut's] is it possible that people take in a kid just for the money and the kid takes off the FOSTER PARENT does not report it because he/she realy doesn't care anyway as long as the money from the state keeps coming. then they either find out the kid is dead or get nervous about being caught so they report the kid missing as of say 3 days but actualy the kid has been missing say 11 months and was found dead already and ran through the system for missing people but know matches were found so the kid is filed under a "JANE DOE" say 9 months [that would mean the kid was killed 2 months after the REAL DISAPEARANCE DATE] so now the foster parent has just filed a bogus report and the police are looking for a kid that was realy lost and found already and is laying in a morgue. i realy need some imput here.
